Original shipping charges incurred at the hour of buying are non-refundable.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will get an email enclosing your airway bill number (AWB) and a link to the tracking portal for the courier service being used for your delivery.

We will give our best to dispatch the Product to you as soon as we can after you put in your request and as per the delivery choice you have chosen while placing the order. In any occasion not more than 5-7 working days starting on the day we confirm your request. In case we cannot dispatch the item within the mentioned time. We will send you an email you to inform you and give you an estimated delivery time and date. In these conditions you have the privilege to withdraw the order and get a complete refund.

Automated Receipts will be send to you via email within one hour of your procurement.

We provide shipping globally with the exclusion of Syria, Libya. Kindly note that orders made to any of these states will be negated.

We always use express global transportation to make sure that you get your products rapidly and safely. We deliver the products everywhere in the world through DHL. Deliveries are usually made from Sunday to Thursday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. You will get your product(s) in 5 – 7 business days but it might take longer in particular regions.

In case of any problem or issue concerning the order, kindly feel free to contact us instantly. If there is a problem of damaged product, please send us the image of damaged product. You can exchange or refund the defective product within 14 days after the purchase.
